Mount Purpose LLC dba Arlington Tree Co. ("we," "us," "our") operates ArbAssist (arbassist.com), ArbKeep (arbkeep.com), and CanopyKeep (canopykeep.com). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information across all three products.
ArbAssist is a field documentation and client management platform for professional arborists. ArbKeep is a client-facing portal where property owners view assessments, work orders, and tree care records shared by their arborist. CanopyKeep is a free tree species identification tool. All three products share infrastructure and are governed by this policy.
When you create an ArbAssist account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, city, state, and professional credentials. When you use ArbAssist, we collect property addresses, tree species and condition data, service photos, assessment data, work order details, and voice memos you record.
When you access ArbKeep via a share link, we do not require an account. We collect only the information your arborist has shared with you through the portal.
When you use CanopyKeep, we collect the photos you submit for species identification. No account is required.
We automatically collect device type, browser information, and usage analytics via Microsoft Clarity to improve the product experience. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.
We use your information to provide the ArbAssist service, including generating client portals, processing work orders, delivering AI-powered field intelligence, and sending transactional notifications via email and SMS. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI models and product features.
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit via HTTPS. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your account, including hashed passwords and signed authentication tokens.
Photos uploaded are stored securely in the cloud. GPS data embedded in photos is stripped before storage for privacy. Photos shared via client portals are accessible only via unique, authenticated links.
When you share work orders or assessments with your clients through ArbKeep, only data you explicitly mark as client-visible is shown. You control what your clients see through visibility toggles on each assessment and work order.
Field Intelligence conversations are processed by a third-party AI provider. Your conversation content is not used to train AI models. Conversations are stored in our database and associated with your account and properties.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.
We use industry-standard services for hosting, payments, email notifications, SMS notifications, analytics, and address verification. Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We do not share your personal information with these services beyond what is necessary to provide our platform.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Property records, assessments, and work orders are retained indefinitely as they represent historical tree care documentation. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time. To request data export or account deletion, contact us at david@arlingtontreeco.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
