These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ArbAssist (arbassist.com), ArbKeep (arbkeep.com), and CanopyKeep (canopykeep.com), operated by Mount Purpose LLC dba Arlington Tree Co. ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
ArbAssist is a field documentation and client communication platform for professional arborists, including assessment tools, work order management, AI-powered field intelligence, and client portals. ArbKeep is the client-facing portal where property owners view tree care records shared by their arborist. CanopyKeep is a free tree species identification tool. All services are provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use ArbAssist.
ArbAssist is offered at $49 per month, billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription begins after your 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to ArbAssist, including photos, assessments, work orders, and client information. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. We will not sell your data to third parties.
When you share assessments or work orders with clients via ArbKeep, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of shared content. Client portal links are generated with unique tokens and are accessible to anyone with the link.
Field Intelligence provides AI-generated suggestions based on your input, species databases, and publicly available research. AI output is informational only and does not constitute professional arboricultural advice. You are responsible for all professional judgments, diagnoses, and recommendations you make or communicate to clients. ArbAssist is a documentation tool, not a diagnostic authority.
ArbAssist generates Tree Risk Attestation PDFs based on assessment data you enter into the platform. The attestation document is a formatted presentation of your professional observations, findings, and opinions — it is not independently verified, endorsed, or warranted by ArbAssist or Mount Purpose LLC.
You, the arborist, are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and professional validity of all information contained in any attestation document generated through ArbAssist. This includes species identification, condition ratings, risk ratings, findings, and recommendations.
Tree Risk Attestation PDFs are not insurance policies, warranties, guarantees of tree safety, or legal certifications. They are professional documentation of conditions observed at the time of assessment. ArbAssist makes no representations about how insurance carriers, underwriters, adjusters, or courts will interpret or accept attestation documents.
ArbAssist does not provide insurance advice, adjust claims, or act as an intermediary between arborists, property owners, and insurance carriers. If a property owner submits an attestation document to their insurance carrier, that is a transaction between the property owner and their carrier in which ArbAssist has no role or liability.
You agree not to use ArbAssist to upload illegal content, violate others' privacy, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or resell access to the service without authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mount Purpose LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ArbAssist. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. ArbAssist is not liable for tree care outcomes, property damage, personal injury, or insurance claim results based on documentation created using the platform.
ArbAssist is a documentation and communication tool. It is not a substitute for professional arboricultural judgment, ISA certification, or licensed tree care. AI-generated content may contain errors. Risk ratings, species identification, and care recommendations should always be verified by a qualified arborist.
You may request an export of your data at any time by contacting us. We will provide your data in a reasonable format within 30 days of request.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days to allow for export, after which it may be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ArbAssist after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
